Return policy applies to online parts orders ONLY.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and the wrong part gets ordered, or you just changed your mind. That's OK! We will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase as long as:
New Parts:
They must be in their original, unopened package. If you open it, we will know and we will definitely NOT give you a refund. Don't even try. If you get the packaging dirty to the point it is unsellable, you will not get a refund. Please dont rub your greasy hands on it or bleed profusely on it.
This does not apply to the box we shipped it in.
Used Parts:
If its a functional part:
Like a control board, timer, motor, transmission, element, hinge, etc., Basically, if it moves, or electricity runs through it, all sales are final. I'm really sorry it has to be this way, but too many people just buy parts and try and fix their appliance by just swapping parts. When you install a control board you run the risk of damaging the part just by simply installing it. I have no way to test it and resell it. So be careful. People also are shady and return their broken parts for refund.
If it is a NON-functional part:
This applies to shelves, knobs, trim pieces, glass. You can return it within the 30 day window for refund.
If you are not sure, ASK US BEFORE you buy it.
You are shipping it back on your dime. Lorain Furniture will not pay for return shipping, nor will we provide any return shipping labels. We also will not refund any shipping charges you paid us. You will only get refunded the cost of the item plus any applicable taxes you paid us.
If it arrived to you DAMAGED:
Take a photo and email us HERE. Please include your name and order number.
How to return an item:
- You do not need to get any pre authorization.
- Repackage the item, and include a printed copy of your order page/order number/name.
- Give us a quick explaination for the return, ex: wrong part ordered, changed my mind, did not like it etc.
