I needed a refrigerator so I was checking out what they had and the prices. I purchased a used washer and dryer from there about 5 years ago and they're still working just fine. I needed measurements for one I was interested in and he did it. 👍👍👍 this is just one of the many things they have in stock. Washer and dryers, stoves etc. It's a good neighborhood store. MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EUGENE - he is unlike any other appliance salesman I have ever met. I live in NY and purchased the Maytag Commercial Washing Machine for my home last month. I was unclear on one of its important features, even after reading the owner's manual multiple times, something I've always excelled at and easily understand. I spoke to 4 different salesmen, 2 repairmen, 3 technical supervisors at Maytag's corporate headquarters and 1 repair service supervisor who all gave me different answers regarding the cycles. Not one of them knew the correct answer. After weeks of frustration, aggravation, anxiety and dead-ends with inadequate responses, I reverted to Google to search for answers. Up popped Lorain Furniture with Eugene's perfect and very detailed explanation about my machine. I had one question and called - who knew he would actually answer the phone himself! He explained so quickly and precisely exactly what I needed to know. He was the only person I had spoken to who had real knowledge of my washing machine. He had actually hooked it up in his store and used it multiple times, unlike any of the other so called 'professionals' had done. EUGENE IS THE TRUEST PROFESSIONAL. He is my 'washing machine whisperer' and is now the only person I'd go to for appliance advice. I wish he would open a store in NY - I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Eugene. You alleviated my angst in a matter of minutes and now I do my laundry with an eased mind, worry free...all because of you. Five Stars isn't enough - you deserve at least 10!
